Analysis on Operation Mechanisms and Key Technologies of Network Information System

网络信息体系是中国版的网络中心化 C4KISR 系统,是打赢信息化战争的基础支撑。在网络信息体系“网设施-云环境-端系统”三层架构基础上,从网络中心、信息主导、知识驱动、体系赋能等视角分析了网络信息体系运作机理,从体系生成、环境支撑、信息融合、任务筹划和火力协同等方面梳理了网络信息体系形成能力亟待突破的关键技术,从网络、信息、体系和业务能力等方面总结了网络信息体系的未来发展趋势,为网络信息体系顶层规划和建设提供参考。

Network Information System is the Chinese version of C4KISR system for network - centric operations,and is the foundation of winning information-based warfare. After introducing the three -layer architecture of Network Information System named network infrastructure, cloud environment,and terminal system,this paper analyzes the operation mechanisms from the views such as of network centering,information leading,knowledge driving,and system enabling;tidies the key technologies from the aspects such as system generation,environment support,information fusion,task planning,and firepower cooperation,and then the development trends from the aspects of network, information,system and capability,to provide useful hints for top -level architecture planning and system establishing of Network Information System.
