Combat simulation data is important for operational effectiveness evaluation for equipment or system. This paper introduces the requirements and method of data collection,studies the simulation data needed for operational effectiveness evaluation. The meaning of battlefield maneuver, fire attacking,command and control,tactical communication,battlefield protection and comprehensive protection effectiveness are described, also the calculation method is proposed,then uses forms for detailed descriptions.
