以“三能”为抓手 深化新时代节能工作

Use Three Kinds of Energy to Promote Energy Conservation in New Era

当前,节能工作进入新的发展阶段,面临能源需求增加迅速、能效提高潜力减少、传统节能手段需要创新等新矛盾新问题。做好新时代节能工作,应以习近平生态文明思想为指导,积极引导全社会合理“用能”,促进企业提升“效能”,推动节能工作更加“智能”,以“三能”为抓手,把节能融入经济社会发展全过程和各领域,推动资源利用方式实现根本转变,为加快绿色发展、建设美丽中国做出应有贡献。

Energy conservation is entering a new stage. Three new main problems are faced in this stage, including growing energy demand, reducing efficiency improvement potential, growing demand for innovative means. To do a good job in the new era, energy conservation must be guided by chairman Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought. Current work should focus on “Three Kinds of Energy”, which means to promote rational use of energy in society, improve energy efficiency in enterprises, and innovate intelligent measures in energy management. By integrating into the whole process and all areas of economic and social development, and promoting fundamental changes in the way resources used, energy conservation can make its due contribution to accelerating green development and building a beautiful China.
