摘要
风电作为一种较成熟的可再生能源技术,是我国可再生能源发电的重要形式,且随着成本下降和规模扩大,对化石能源的替代作用开始显现。本文分析了2018年我国风电发展的总体形势,总结了2018年风电和可再生能源行业政策,回顾了我国风电装备技术和服务业发展现状,分析了风电发展中面临的挑战和发展趋势,并展望了2019年发展形势、提出了相关政策建议。
As a mature renewable power generating technology, wind power becomes one of the important renewable power generating types. While the cost of generation drops and the scale increases, wind power starts to play a strong role on replacing fossil fuels. This article analyses the overall situation of wind power development in China in 2018, summarizes the wind power and renewable energy industry policies in 2018, sorts out the development of wind power equipment technology and service industry in China, and analyses the challenges and development trends in wind power development. In addition, it looks forward to the development situation in 2019 and proposes relevant policy recommendations.
