摘要
为了研究轻木框架复合墙板在轴向荷载下的力学性能,对三面足尺的轻木框架复合墙板板进行了轴压试验研究。试件尺寸为2800mm×1220mm,以龙骨尺寸,有无纤维水泥压力板为主要参数进行试验。通过试验研究得到了试件的破坏模态,荷载-变形曲线和极限承载力。试验结果表明:轻木框架复合墙板试件的破坏模式主要表现为龙骨承载力破坏,并伴随着纤维水泥压力板剥离现象。最后,对影响因素进行分析,结果表明,纤维水泥压力板对整个试件承载力影响不大,龙骨截面变大提高了试件的轴向承载力,为同类复合墙板的设计提供参考。
In order to study the mechanical properties of light wood frame composite wall panel under axial load, the axial compression test was carried out on three full scale specimens.The size of the specimen is 2800 mm×1220mm, and the stud size and fibre-cement pressure plate were taken as the main parameters. The failure modes, load-deformation curves, and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens were obtained through experimental study. The results show that the failure mode of the light wood frame composite wall panel is mainly the failure of stud bearing capacity, and accompanied by sheathing peeling. Finally, the analysis of the influencing factors shows that the fiber cement pressure plate has little influence on the bearing capacity of the whole specimens, and the stud improves the axial bearing capacity of the specimens. The research provide reference for the design of the same kind of composite wall board.
