摘要
长春市政务服务中心建设项目,在2~6层楼板开大洞口,违反吉林省建设工程抗震超限界定标准。因此本工程采用框架结构体系,根据结构的超限情况和抗震性能设计目标,进行多遇地震下的弹性设计,对结构的关键构件,采用等效弹性方法进行抗震性能设计,采用弹塑性静力分析方法(Pushover分析)评价结构在中、大震下的整体承载力能力和变形能力,验算楼板在大震下的抗剪承载力。
The construction project of Changchun Municipal Affairs Service Center opened a large hole in the 2nd to 6th floor slabs, violating the definition of seismic overrun limit for construction projects in Jilin Province. according to the structural over-limit condition and seismic performance design goal , the project adopts the frame structure system. An elastic design is adopted under small earthquake.The equivalent elastic method is adopted to design the seismic performance of key structural members. Static elastoplastic analysis(Pushover analysis)is adopted to evaluate the overall bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the structure under medium and large earth-quakes, and check the shear capacity of the slab under large earthquakes.
