全套管成桩工艺及承载特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 桩基础工程中,泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩已被广泛应用,但是有一些明显的缺陷。然而,全套管全回转成桩采用了钢套管成桩,完全避免了桩身混凝土与地基之间所残留的泥皮,因此能有效保证地基土的原状结构和强度;另外,桩基采用全套管清水浇筑,可将孔底残渣完全清除,保证桩身混凝土与基岩的有效接触,有利于提高桩端承载力。对全套管全回转成桩与泥浆护壁钻孔成桩工艺进行了对比,通过桩基荷载加载试验,分析这两种桩的荷载沉降曲线,比较了两种工艺导致的桩基承载力差异,为相关的桩基工程极限承载力的设计和施工提供可靠依据。 In pile foundation engineering projects, the slurry wall protection of the drilling is widely applied, but there are some obvious defects. This paper presents a new craft employed precast pile with full steel casing, which can avoid the residual slurry interlayer remained between pile concrete and surrounding foundation soil. Moreover, the foundation soil could remain its original structure to provide a strong foundation soil with higher stiffness. On the other hand, residual soil left at the bottom of pile drilling hole can be neglected, as the pile bottom can contact with hard soil sufficiently, which can improve bearing capacity of pile as well. Lastly, the two kinds of pile's loading-settlement curve obtained by pile loading tests at the field were analyzed quantitatively and it could be helpful in related engineering application field.
