摘要
镀钨合金技术已经在油管、套管、抽油杆等产品中得到应用,其镀层具有突出的耐磨性和耐蚀性。为了将镀钨合金技术应用于连续管,对制备的镀钨合金连续管样品开展力学及耐蚀性能检测分析。结果表明:制备出的镀钨合金连续管试样,镀层表面光滑、致密,厚度约54.93μm,硬度在688HV1.0;镀钨后样品拉伸性能未发生改变,镀层表现出较好的耐蚀性能;样品镀层具有一定的塑性,但在大变形或反复变形条件下,镀层塑性不足,易发生开裂;该镀钨合金技术应用于连续管,需进一步优化工艺,提高镀层塑性。
The tungsten alloy plating technology has been applied in tubing,casing,sucker rod and other products.Its coating has outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance.In order to apply the tungsten alloy plating technology to the coiled tubing,the mechanical and corrosion resistance of the prepared tungsten alloy coiled tubing samples were tested and analyzed.The results show that prepared coiled tubing with tungsten alloy plated samples has a smooth and compact surface,the thickness of the coating is about 54.93μm,the hardness is 688HV1.0.After tungsten alloy plated,the tensile properties of the samples remained unchanged,and the coating exhibited good corrosion resistance.The sample coating has a certain plasticity,but under the condition of large deformation or repeated deformation,the plasticity of the coating is insufficient and it is easy to crack.The application of tungsten alloy plating technology in coiled tubing requires further the process optimization to improve the plasticity of the coating.
