摘要
为了更准确便捷地测量螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝过渡角,通过分析焊缝过渡角的外观形状、控制要求、测量要求以及传统的测量方法,指出了传统检测方法在现场检测应用的难点,并提出了一种采用复型(自然脱落的焊剂药皮)技术进行焊缝过渡角无损间接测量的方法。对比分析表明,该方法具有破坏性小、检测效率高、测量准确性高、测量区域广等优点。经现场测量验证,该方法可以迅速完成现场埋弧焊焊缝过渡角测量的检测,且检测具有随时性、便捷性和高效性。
In order to measure weld transition angle of submerged arc welded steel pipe more accurately and conveniently,the appearance shape,control requirement,measurement requirement and traditional measurement method of weld transition angle were analyzed,the difficulties in the application of traditional detection methods in field detection were pointed out,a method of nondestructively and indirectly measuring the weld transition angle with naturally exfoliated flux coating by using replication technology was presented.Comparative analysis showed that this method had the advantages of small damage,high detection efficiency,high measurement accuracy and wide measurement area.It was verified by field measurement that this method could be used to measure the weld transition angle of submerged arc welding quickly,and the detection was instantaneous,convenient and high efficient.
