基于流场-电场耦合的典型流型条件下双环形电极响应特性仿真研究

A Simulation Study on the Response Characteristics of Dual Ring-shaped Electrodes under Typical Flow Patterns Based on the Coupling of Flow Field and Electrical Field

摘要 针对管道内气液两相流动过程中出现的不同流型,建立了耦合两相流流场与双环形电极电场的仿真模型,模拟了分层流、波浪流、段塞流、泡状流和环状流5种典型流型,获得了典型流型条件下双环形电极间轴向电流密度空间分布特性和混合电导率动态变化特性,结合理论模型和仿真数据讨论了气液两相混合电导率与液相含率之间的定量关系。研究结果表明:双环形电极之间轴向电流密度的空间分布能够刻画气液两相流的流型特征;当利用无量纲电导率计算平均液相含率时,Begovich&Watson模型适用于分层流、波浪流和环状流,而Maxwell模型适用于泡状流。 Considering various flow patterns occurred in gas-liquid flow,a simulation model which coupling two-phase flow field and electric field of dual ring-shaped electrodes was established to simulate such five typical flow patterns as stratified flow,wavy flow,slug flow,bubbly flow and annular flow and to obtain spatial distribution characteristics of axial current density and dynamic variation characteristics of mixed conductivity between the dual ring-shaped electrodes,meanwhile,the quantitative relationship between gas-liquid mixed conductivity and liquid fraction was discussed.The research results show that,the spatial distribution of axial current density between the dual ring-shaped electrodes can characterize the flow pattern of gas-liquid flow,and the Begovich&Watson model is suitable for the stratified flow,wavy flow and annular flow while the Maxwell model is applicable to the bubbly flow.
