十九大报告提出积极促进“一带一路”国际合作和优先发展教育事业,江西应该确立“海上丝绸之路”优先发展战略,重视东盟市场的开拓和建设,重视留学生教育提升大国竞争软实力的重要作用,大力吸引东盟学生来赣学习,加强江西—东盟学生社会网络建设,赋予新的生命力,为实现江西融入“一带一路”战略和促进江西崛起提供发展契机。

In the report of the 19th National Congress,the spirit of promoting the“Belt and Road”international cooperation and giving priority to the development of education is proposed.Jiangxi should establish prioritized development strategy of the“Maritime Silk Road”,attach importance to the development and construction of the ASEAN market,and attach importance to the education of international students.At the same time,in order to improve the soft power in competition between big countries,Jiangxi should strongly attract ASEAN students to learn in Jiangxi,strengthen the social network construction of Jiangxi-ASEAN students,give new vitality,and provide development opportunities for the integration of Jiangxi into the“Belt and Road”strategy and the promotion of Jiangxi.
