Analysis of Independent College’s Educational Quality Views Based on Stakeholders Perspective

教育质量观对教育的发展具有全局性、导向性和基础性影响。独立学院建构适合自身发展需要的教育质量观有其重要性和必要性。由于独立学院涉及诸多利益相关者,在建构教育质量观的过程中需要协调各方面的价值诉求,厘清独立学院发展过程中的三对关系——教育的公益性与资本的营利性、独立学院的独立性与依附性、教育的工具性和人文性。尽管独立学院教育质量观的具体要求因校而异,但其整体上都应该具备教育性、应用性和特色性三大特征。树立科学、务实的教育质量观需要独立学院各利益相关者在平等协商、互利合作的基础上,形成共识、协同推进。

Education quality concept has overall,guiding and fundamental influence on the development of education.It is of importance and necessity for independent colleges to construct their educational quality views suitable for their own development needs.Because independent colleges involve many stakeholders,it is necessary to coordinate the value demands of various aspects in the process of constructing the view of education quality,and clarify the three pairs of relations in the process of the development of independent colleges:the public welfare of education and the profitability of capital,the independence and dependence of independent colleges,the instrumentality and Humanism of education.Although the specific requirements of the view of educational quality of independent colleges vary from school to school,they should have three characteristics as a whole:educative nature,applicability and characteristic.Establishing scientific and pragmatic views of education quality requires all stakeholders of independent colleges to form consensus and promote collaboratively on the basis of equal consultation and mutually beneficial cooperation.
