摘要
“国培计划”承训高校的培训水平和管理能力直接决定了培训质量。为了提升培训质量,承训高校应充分利用高校培训资源,创设良好培训环境;加强国培专家队伍建设,打造优秀培训团队;科学设置培训课程,探索多样化的培训方式;做好培训的各项管理工作。
The training level and management ability of colleges under the“National Training Program”directly determine the training quality.For the purpose of improvement of its quality,in those colleges,the full utilization of the training resources from them should be made,the construction of expert teams consolidated to help build excellent training teams,training courses set up scientifically to explore diversified training methods,and a good job achieved in the management of training.
