古代书院品德教育对当代高校思想政治教育的启示研究

The Enlightenment of Moral Education in Ancient Academy on Ideological and Political Education in Contemporary University

古代书院坚持“德育为先”的教育理念和“传道济民”的教育宗旨,在长期教育实践过程中,形成了系统有效且独具特色的品德教育模式。研究古代书院品德教育对当代高校思想政治教育的启示,是落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神和中共中央国务院《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》精神的具体实践,也是高校提升思想政治教育实效性的重要举措。当代高校思想政治教育可以通过制定明确的终极目标、设立全面的评价制度、采用合理的教育方法和打造优质的育人环境等措施,使外在道德规范真正内化为大学生自己的道德意识、道德需要与道德信念,并最终促成他们自觉的道德行为,以提升大学生的道德自觉性、进而提升全社会的道德水平。

Ancient Academy adhered to the educational concept of“moral education first”and the educational purpose of“preaching and helping the people”,and formed a systematic,effective and unique moral education model in the long-term educational practice.Studying the Enlightenment of moral education in ancient academy to ideological and political education in Contemporary Colleges and universities is the concrete practice of implementing the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities and the spirit of“Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities in the New Situation”of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,and is also an important measure to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The ideological and political education in Contemporary Colleges and universities can truly internalize the external moral norms into the moral consciousness,moral needs and moral beliefs of college students by setting clear ultimate goals,establishing comprehensive evaluation system,adopting reasonable educational methods and creating a high-quality educational environment,and ultimately promote their conscious moral behavior in order to enhance the moral consciousness of College students,and then enhance the moral level of the whole society.
