胃萎Ⅰ号冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎155例

Treating 155 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with the Granules WeiWei No.1

目的:观察胃萎Ⅰ号冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将155例患者随机分为观察组(105例)和对照组(50例)。观察组服用胃萎Ⅰ号冲剂,5g/次,3次/d;对照组服用三九胃泰冲剂,20g/次,3次/d。2组均以治疗3个月为1个疗程,治疗期间停用其他相关治疗药物。观察2组治疗后症状改善情况,Hp转阴率,病理组织学改善程度及临床疗效。结果:2组胃脘痛、吞酸、嗳气、大便异常、纳呆有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);余无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Hp转阴率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组4证型间Hp转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生和不典型增生等病理改善有效率2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率98%;对照组临床总有效率86%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各证型间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方中药胃萎Ⅰ号冲剂能够有效改善CAG患者的临床症状,对清除Hp及改善病理有一定的临床作用。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the granules WeiWei No.1 in the treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 155 patients were randomized into 105 cases of the observation group and 50 cases of the control group,the observation group took the granules WeiWei No.1,5 g each time,three times each day,and the control group took Sanjiu WeiTai granules,20 g each time,three times each day,three months were one course,no therapy-related herbs were given during therapeutic period.To observe the improvement of the symptoms,Hp negative-conversion rate,the improvements of pathological tissue and clinical effects in both groups after treating.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the effective rates of epigastralgia,acid regurgitation,belching,abnormal stool and anorexia(P<0.05);and no difference had been found in the other indexes(P>0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Hp negative-conversion rates between both groups(P<0.05).No obvious difference had been found in the comparisons of Hp negative-conversion rates among four patterns in the observation group(P>0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the effective rates of gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia between both groups(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group,was 98%,higher than 86%of the control group.The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of different patters in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound herbs the granules WeiWei No.1 could effectively improve clinical symptoms of CAG patients,which shows certain clinical effects on eliminating Hp and improving the pathology.
