政策法规下的法国风景园林正义探究

Study on French Landscape Architecture Justice under Policies and Regulations

随着社会的加速发展,缓解社会矛盾、维护社会公平成为风景园林规划设计领域不容忽视的责任。法国从政策法规层面为风景园林规划设计的公平正义提供了引导与支持,进而保障了公民的平等权益以及公众的决策参与权。从分配正义与程序正义2个角度分析法国的相关政策法规是如何保障公民景观权益的平等,并使公众参与模式融入风景园林规划设计当中,以及在这样的政策氛围下,风景园林学科在推动社会公平正义的建设中是如何体现自身价值的。

With the rapid development of society, alleviating social contradictions and maintaining fairness and justice have become the responsibility that cannot be ignored in the field of landscape architecture planning and design. French policies and regulations provide supports for the fairness and justice of landscape architecture planning, thus ensuring the equal interests of citizens and the right to participate in public decision-making. From the perspectives of distributive justice and procedural justice, this paper analyzes how the French policies and regulations protect citizens' landscape rights and integrate the public participation model into the landscape planning and design. It also reveals that under such circumstances, how landscape architecture plays a role in the promotion of social fairness and justice.
