摘要
目的调查中成药在儿童内科门急诊2岁以下婴幼儿中的临床应用情况,促进中成药在儿内科门急诊2岁以下婴幼儿中的合理应用。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对本院2016年度所有含中成药的患者年龄为0~2岁的儿童内科门急诊处方进行统计分析。结果2016年度本院含中成药的患者年龄为0~2岁的儿童内科门急诊处方共计85387张,使用中成药50种。结论中成药在儿内科门急诊2岁以下婴幼儿中的临床应用存在一定的不合理性,需要加强监督管理,提高对于合理用药的重视程度,最大程度保证婴幼儿用药安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and to promote the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in infants and young children under 2 years of age in Outpatient and emergency department of pediatric internal medicine. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the outpatient and emergency prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines in pediatric internal medicine for all children under 2 years of age at Ganzhou maternity and child health care hospital in 2016. Results In 2016, there were 85 387 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in infants and young children under 2 years of age in outpatient and emergency department of pediatric internal medicine, and 50 kinds of Chinese patent medicines. Conclusion A certain irrationality still pervades clinical of Chinese patent medicine in infants and young children under 2 years of age in Outpatient and emergency department of pediatric internal medicine. Strengthening supervision and increasing awareness of rational use of drugs, are necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness of drugs for infants and young children to the greatest extent.
