马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压伴冠心病老年患者的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of enalapril maleate combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease

目的观察马来酸依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压伴冠心病老年患者的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的原发性高血压伴冠心病老年患者88例,依据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在服用美托洛尔基础上,再加用马来酸依那普利。两组在服药期间不可以使用其他降压药,定期进行血压测量,及时调整用药剂量。观察患者治疗结束后的症状,并评价治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组(77.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论马来酸依那普利、美托洛尔联合治疗原发性高血压伴冠心病老年患者临床效果显著,且联合用药的安全性也较高,值得在临床实践中应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of enalapril maleate combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 88 elderly patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, each group had 44 cases. The control group was treated with metoprolol, while the observation group was treated with enalapril maleate on the basis of metoprolol. The two groups can not use other antihypertensive drugs during the period of taking medicine, regular blood pressure measurements, timely adjustment of dosage. The symptoms of patients after treatment were observed, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.27%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of enalapril maleate and metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease has a significant clinical effect, and the safety of the combination is also high, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
