摘要 目的研究不同剂量的活性维生素D治疗糖尿病肾病的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月在本院接受活性维生素D治疗的糖尿病肾病患者76例,根据患者在治疗期间接受药物使用剂量的不同,将患者分为两组,其中小剂量组患者38例,其接受0.25μg/d的活性维生素D治疗,大剂量组患者38例,其接受0.50μg/d的活性维生素D治疗。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的Ca、P、iPTH、25(OH)D3等水平,与对照组对比,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者和对照组患者的LV水平,与治疗前对比差异无统计学意义;观察组患者的BNP和QTd水平,与对照组对比,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者实施大剂量活性维生素D治疗,可以有效改善患者的病症,提升患者的肾脏功能和心脏功能,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of different doses of active vitamin D on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 66 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received active vitamin D treatment from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different doses of the patients during the treatment period. Of the 38 patients, 0.25 μg/d of active vitamin D was administered, and 38 patients in the high-dose group received 0.50 μg/d of active vitamin D. Results After treatment, the levels of Ca、P、iPTH、25 (OH) D3 in the observation group were compared with the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The LV of the observation group and the control group were LV. There was no significant difference between the levels and the pre-treatment groups. The BNP and QTd levels in the observation group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of high-dose active vitamin D in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the patient's condition and improve the kidney function and cardiac function of the patient. It is worthy of popularization and application.
