关于急性膝关节损伤患者的CT与MR对比分析

CT and MR contrastive analysis of patients with acute knee injuries

目的急性膝关节损伤患者CT与MR的对比分析。方法抽取本院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的47例急性膝关节损伤患者,以关节镜检作为诊断的金标准,回顾性对比分析CT、MR诊断的价值。结果MR交叉韧带撕裂的确诊率高于CT确诊率(P<0.05);后交叉韧带完全撕裂者PCL的弯曲度指数、AT角、PCL角等与部分撕裂和正常患者的对比(P<0.05)。结论相较于CT诊断急性膝关节损伤的确诊率来说,采用MR诊断的确诊率更高,有临床推广的价值。

Objective Comparative analysis of CT and MR in patients with acute knee joint injury. Methods Extract from May 2017 to May 2018 were of 47 patients with acute knee joint injury, with joint microscopy in diagnosis of gold standard, retrospective analysis of the value of CT, MR diagnosis. Results The diagnostic rate of MR cruciate ligament tear was higher than that of CT (P<0.05). The bending index, AT Angle and PCL Angle of PCL in patients with complete posterior cruciate ligament laceration were compared with those with partial tearing and normal patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the diagnosis rate of acute knee joint injury diagnosed by CT, the diagnosis rate of MR diagnosis is higher and has clinical value.
