腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术治疗60例胆结石的疗效比较观察

A comparative observation of the curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy in the treatment of 60 cases of gallstones

目的探寻胆结石患者临床治疗的有效方法。方法从本院2017年治疗的胆结石患者中随机抽取120例,采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组,两组分别接受开腹胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,对照组为81.67%。两组数据对比,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血量、术后下床时间、排气时间及术后疼痛均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,对照组为21.67%,两组数据对比观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上,我们应学习采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗方式,以此来促使胆结石患者早日康复。

Objective To explore an effective method of clinical treatment for patients with gallstones. Methods 120 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital in 2017 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by double blind screening method. The two groups received open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy respectively. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, and that of the control group was 81.67%. The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding volume, the time of getting out of bed, the time of exhaust and the pain of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00% and that in the control group was 21.67%. The data of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically, we should learn to use laparoscopic cholecystectomy to promote the early recovery of patients with gallstones.
