妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性附件炎疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics on chronic annexitis

目的评价妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性附件炎临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年3月至2014年3月治疗的慢性附件炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用注射用青霉素钠抗生素治疗法,实验组患者在此基础上加用妇科千金胶囊治疗法,对比分析两组患者临床治疗总有效率与复发率。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为87.5%,复发率为20.0%。对照组患者治疗总有效率为60.0%,复发率为50.0%。实验组患者优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性附件炎临床治疗过程中采用妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗法,能够帮助患者改善临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,降低疾病复发率,值得进行推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gynecological Qianjin Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic annexitis. Methods Eighty patients with chronic annexitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with penicillin sodium antibiotics for injection. The patients in the experimental group were treated with the gynecological Qianjin capsule treatment method. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%, and the recurrence rate was 20.0%. The total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%, and the recurrence rate was 50.0%. The experimental group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotic therapy in the clinical treatment of chronic annexitis can help patients improve clinical symptoms, improve the total effective rate of treatment, and reduce the recurrence rate of diseases. It is worth promoting.
