胎头吸引阴道助产术与产钳阴道助产术的效果探究

The effect of fetal head on vaginal midwifery and vaginal obstetrics was explored

目的观察胎头吸引阴道助产术和产钳阴道助产术的应用效果。方法选择2014年9月至2018年8月期间在本院产科待产的自然分娩产妇80例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组40例,对照组40例,分别接受甜头吸引阴道助产和产钳阴道助产,比较两组妊娠结局、新生儿质量、产妇并发症情况、术中操作时间和出血量。结果观察组新生儿Apgar评分(8.7±0.6),胎儿窘迫1例,新生儿并发症1例;对照组患者新生儿Apgar评分(7.2±0.8),胎儿窘迫6例,新生儿并发症7例;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者操作时间(3.6±0.4)min,平均失血量(236.2±28.5)ml,产后大出血0例,产妇并发症2例;对照组患者操作时间(7.2±0.6)min,平均失血量(264.5±26.7)ml,产后大出血4例,产妇并发症8例;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎头吸引阴道助产术在阴道助产中的应用效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe the effect of fetal head to attract vaginal midwifery and forceps vaginal midwifery. Methods From September 2014 to August 2018, 80 partients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=40), control group (n=40). The results of pregnancy, the quality of newborn, the complications of parturient, the time of operation and the amount of bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, neonatal Apgar score (8.7±0.6), fetal distress (1 case), neonatal complication (1 case), neonatal Apgar score (7.2± 0.8), fetal distress (6 cases) and neonatal complication (7 cases) were observed in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The mean operation time of the patients in the observation group was (3.6±0.4) min, and the mean amount of blood loss was (236.2±28.5) ml, postpartum hemorrhage in 0 cases, and in the control group, the operation time was (7.2±0.6) min and the average blood loss was (264.5±26.70) ml,. There were 4 cases of massive postpartum hemorrhage and 8 cases of maternal complications, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of fetal head to vaginal midwifery is significant and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
