放射影像档案资料缺陷分析及改进对策

放射影像档案资料已实现数字化管理,主要包括拍照式申请单、数字化图像、数字化诊断报告及PACS存储传输与后处理系统4部分。放射影像档案资料存在的缺陷包括拍照式申请单、数字化图像及数字化诊断报告3方面。主要原因是医务人员对放射影像档案资料的质量不重视、专业知识缺乏、不熟悉设备性能及科室监管不到位。为提高放射影像档案资料质量,要强化医务人员的责任意识,加强相关知识培训,实行放射影像档案资料持续改进,同时建立有效的监督措施。

The archival data of radiological image has been digitalized, including four parts. Photo application forms, digital images, digital diagnosis reports and PACS storage transmission and post processing system. The defects of radiological images archival data include three aspects: Photo application form, digital image and digital diagnosis report. The main reason is that the medical staff do not attach importance to the quality of radiological image archives, lack professional knowledge, are not familiar with equipment performance and department supervision is not in place. In order to improve the quality of the radiological images archives, it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility of medical personnel, strengthen the training of relevant knowledge, carry out the continuous improvement of the archives and data of radiological images, and establish effective supervision measures.
