摘要
人才国际化的流动,教育国际化的互认,要求课程建设与改革的过程中,不仅仅需要对接企业与行业,同时,还需要思考与国际接轨、确保让国际认可。目前,高职教育最为广泛通行的国际认证体系首推“悉尼协议”,其核心理念简单概括为:以学生为中心、以产出为导向、倡导持续改进,相对于目前教研教改关注老师“教了什么与怎么教”,其中的“以产出为导向”更多的关注学生“学没学会与怎么学”,能够更好地支撑教育目标的达成。文章基于OBE理念,以“Python程序设计”为例对于课程建设与应用进行分析与探讨。
In the course of curriculum construction and reform,the flow of talents and the mutual recognition of education internationalization not only need to connect with enterprises and industries,but also need to think about international integration to ensure international recognition.At present,the most widely used international certification system in higher vocational education is the Sydney Agreement,the core idea of which is simply summarized as follows:student-centered,production-oriented,advocating continuous improvement.Compared with the present teaching reform,teachers pay more attention to"what and how to teach",and the"production-oriented"pay more attention to students"not learning and how to learn",which can better support the achievement of educational goals.Based on the idea of OBE,this paper takes"Python programming"as an example to analyze and discuss the course construction and application.
