有机金属化合物对静电喷雾产品形貌的影响

Effects of Organometallics on Morphology of Product from Electrospraying

摘要 初步探索添加有机金属化合物乙酰丙酮铜或乙酰丙酮铁的聚己内酯(PCL)/二氯甲烷(DCM)/N,N 二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液在空气、无水乙醇及无水乙醇/去离子水(体积比为 1∶1)等抗溶剂中的静电喷雾过程。使用扫描电子显微镜对制备的样品进行形貌表征。研究结果表明,两种有机金属化合物的添加能够提高母液的高分子链缠结浓度,倾向于生成颗粒产品而非纤维产品。与乙酰丙酮铁相比,乙酰丙酮铜能够在更大程度上提高高分子缠结浓度。随着母液中高分子浓度的增加,产品由颗粒向纤维转化。以空气作为抗溶剂的静电喷雾产品为表面光滑的颗粒与纤维,而以无水乙醇和无水乙醇/去离子水(体积比为 1∶1)作为抗溶剂的静电喷雾的产品几乎为碗状颗粒。 The electrospraying of polycaprolactone (PCL)/dichloromethane (DCM)/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solutions with addition of copper acetylacetonate or iron acetylacetonate in the antisolvent of air,absolute ethanol,or absoluteethanol /deionized water (the volume ratio 1∶1) were investigated. The morphologies of the product samples were characterized with scanning electrical microscopy (SEM). The results show that the addition of the two organometallics can increase the polymer chain entanglement concentration of the mother solution and be inclined to produce particles rather fibers. Compared to the iron acetylacetonate, the copper acetylacetonate can further increase the polymer chain entanglement concentration. With the increase in polymer concentration of the mother solution,the product is transferred from particles to fibers. The electrospraying in antisolvent of air gives the particles and fibers with smooth surfaces,while the electrospraying in antisolvent of absolute ethanol and absolute ethanol /deionized water (the volume ratio 1∶1) produces almost bowl-like particles.
