论学界在民族文化资源产业化中的独特作用——以壮族布洛陀文化为例

On the Unique Role of Academic Circles in the Industrialization of National Cultural Resources——Taking Zhuang’s Buluotuo Culture as an Example

民族文化资源产业化具有促进经济发展、弘扬民族文化、推动社会进步等多重意义,因而成为当今民族地区发挥比较优势、打造特色产业、实现跨越发展的一个重要举措。但它是一个涉及到政府、企业、学界、民众的复杂的系统工程,只有做到整合资源、协同推动,才能形成合力、发展壮大。其中,学界发挥着无可取代的独特作用,即先导性作用、基础性作用、指导性作用和参与性作用。没有学界的有效参与,民族文化资源的产业化势必难以搞好。

The industrialization of ethnic cultural resources is of multiple significance,including promoting economic development,carrying forward national culture,and facilitating social progress.Therefore,it has become an important channel for today’s ethnic regions to exert comparative advantages,to create characteristic industries,and to achieve leap-forward development.However,it is a complex project involving the government,enterprises,academic circles,and the public.Only by integrating resources and promoting cooperation can we form relationships of synergy and develop the industrialization.In this case,the academic community plays an irreplaceable and unique role,namely,the leading role,the basic role,the guiding role and the participatory role.Without the effective participation of academic circles,the industrialization of national cultural resources would be difficult to achieve.
