摘要
良好专业发展环境的构建不仅是实现广西高校英语教师专业发展的关键,也是"一带一路"背景下实现其专业发展可持续性的重要保障。通过调查分析广西高校英语教师专业发展环境现状及存在的问题,从创设积极的个人发展环境,营造人性化的学校环境,构建良好的社会环境等方面提出促进广西高校英语教师专业发展环境的优化策略,以期为"一带一路"背景下广西高校英语教师专业发展环境的优化提供参考借鉴。
The construction of a good professional development environment is not only the key to the professional development of English teachers in Guangxi universities,but also an important guarantee for the sustainability of their professional development in the context of"The Belt and Road".Through a systematic investigation of the current situation and existing problems of professional development of English teachers in Guangxi universities,the author proposed some optimizing strategies that can be used to promote the professional development of English teachers in Guangxi universities,hoping to provide some references to the optimizing of Guangxi university English teachers’professional development environment.The strategies include some aspects,such as constructing a positive personal development environment,creating a humanized school environment,building a favourable social environment,etc.
