摘要
自我价值理论认为人天生就有维护自我价值感的需要,学生会努力采取各种措施来争取成功,甚至以逃避失败来维护。随着年龄的增长,无数次失败的体验让学生从最初认可努力是取得成功的重要因素,再到后来对努力失去信任,从而失去学习动机。自我价值的四象限动机模型是对成就动机理论的改进,两者的结合能得到一些新的启示,而自我价值理论也为培养和提升学生的学习动机提供了一定的实践指导建议。
The theory of self-worth believes that people are born with the need to maintain their sense of self-worth.Students will try to take various measures to achieve success, even to avoid failure. As students grow older, countless failed experiences allow them to recognize the effort to be an important factor in their success at the beginning, and then to lose trust in their efforts, thus losing their learning motivation. The four-quadrant motivation model of self-worth is an improvement of the theory of achievement motivation. The combination of the two can get some new enlightenment, and the self-worth theory also provides some practical guidance for cultivating and improving students’ learning motivation.
