摘要 一直以来,外语教学重视"语言"、"文化",忽视了学生"思维"能力的培养,抹杀了学生的批评性与创造性。为此,外语教学中培养学生思辨能力迫在眉睫。本文探讨在大学英语写作教学中开展培养学生思辨能力的课堂实践,通过课堂讨论和小组合作两个环节,将思辨情感特质培养、思辨认知能力训练贯穿于英语写作实践(选题、构思、成文、评价)四个步骤中,引导学生学会分析、推理和评价,一定程度上提高了学生思辨能力和英语写作水平。 For a long time, foreign language teaching has attached importance to "language" and "culture", ignoring the cultivation of students’"thinking" ability and obliterating students’ criticism and creativity. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to cultivate students’ critical thinking ability in foreign language teaching. This paper discusses the classroom practice of cultivating students’ critical thinking ability in college English writing teaching. Through classroom discussion and group cooperation, the cultivation of critical emotional traits and the training of critical cognitive ability are integrated into the practice of English writing practice(topic selection, conception, writing and evaluation). In the four steps, the students are guided to analyze, reason and evaluate, which improves students’ critical thinking ability and English writing level to some extent.
