基于因子分析法的高技术产业知识产权竞争力评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Intellectual Property Competitiveness in High-tech Industry Based on Factor Analysis

以中国30个省份为研究对象,构建了高技术产业知识产权竞争力评价指标体系,并将其分为5个一级指标和20个二级指标,同时利用因子分析法得出了2016年我国各省高技术产业知识产权竞争力的综合得分及排名。研究发现,中国高技术产业知识产权综合竞争力较弱且存在区域发展不平衡的问题。同时,结合相关原始数据对评价结果进行综合分析,指出了我国各省在知识产权发展方面存在的问题,最后提出了相关政策建议。

This paper constructs an evaluation index system of intellectual property competitiveness of high-tech industries with 30 provinces in China as the samples,dividing it into five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,and then uses factor analysis to obtain the comprehensive scores and the ranking of provinces in 2016.The study found that the comprehensive competitiveness of intellectual property in China's high-tech industries is weak and there is a problem of regional development imbalance.At the same time,combined with the relevant raw data,the paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,pointing out the problems in the development of intellectual property rights in various provinces and proposing relevant policy recommendations.
