The Way of Lao Tzu contains profound principles of education people,which is the way of respecting personality,influencing character by environment,demonstrating by example,influencing by love,existing between to or not to be,being simple without desires,and having diligence in practice.Lao Tzu' Tao values individual characters of students,educate someone according to his natural ability,requires educators to demonstrate by examples,conducts reformation education by love,pays much attention to cultivate students' humanistic accomplishment and simplicity personality.This has much significant reference in the present education practice of educating people.
