我国刑事案件庭审网络直播制度完善研究

Study on the Perfection of China’s Network Trial Live Broadcast System of Criminal Cases

从刑事案件庭审网络直播制度的必要性与可行性入手,分析现阶段庭审网络直播的不足之处,包括案件范围不明确、案件信息不完整、审批程序不完善、审批内容不明确、异议体系不健全等问题,结合我国的实际情况,提出完善我国刑事案件庭审网络直播制度的建议与措施。

Starting with the necessity and feasibility of the online trial live broadcast system of criminal cases,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the network trial live broadcast system at the present,including undefined range of cases,incomplete information of cases,imperfect approval procedure,indefinite approval content,imperfect objection system and so on.Finally,combined with the actual situation in China,this paper propose some suggestions and measures so as to perfect Chinese network trial live broadcast system of criminal cases.
