基于经络学原理的运动养生功法核心要素再阐释 被引量:3

摘要 为了完善运动养生功法创编的理论体系,研究对经络与运动养生相关研究文献进行了整理、分析、演绎与归纳推理,并对运动养生功法理论体系的核心要素进行探究。研究认为:“经络”一词主要指具有隐性循经感传现象的组织液容积传输通道。但,“经脉”在古文献中也常被用于指代心血管系统;养气盈血疏通经络,调神强魄以濡养筋骨,二者相生相成而使筋骨、肌肉与整个身体达到高度的协调统一;“宜动”或“宜静”因人、因时、因地而异。自出现“宜动”和“宜静”两种不同养生的理念到辨证的思维看待“动”、“静”养生,是科学发展和医学进步的结果;传统运动养生以任督二脉为首要部位,通过养气盈血充盈经络、养形全神而使经络调和、动静结合以疏通经络,三者互相促进从而促进经络与心血管系统、神经干以及淋巴管的相互协调与平衡以达到身心修养的效用;经络是维系生命系统整体的通路,通过练气、盈血、养精、调神和强魄方可是人体形成气血相随、形神一致、内外协调统一的有机整体。 In order to provide a more systematic theory for the creation and editing of sports health maintenance method,this study sorted out,analyzed,deducted and concluded the related research documents of the meridian and sports health preservation,explored the core elements of the creation and editing of sports health maintenance method.According to the research,the term"meridian"mainly refers to the interstitial fluid volume transmission channel with recessive sense of meridians transmission.However,"meridians"is also used to refer to the cardiovascular system in ancient literature.Nourishing qi and filling blood dredge the meridians and collaterals,and tonifying the spirits and strengthening the muscles and bones.The two are mutually reinforcing and make the muscles and muscles reach a high degree of coordination and unity with the whole body."Move"or"quiet"vary from person to person,from time to time,and from place to place.It is the result of scientific development and medical progress that two different concepts of health maintenance,namely"activity"and"activity",have appeared to treat"activity"and"peace"in dialectical thinking.The primary part of traditional sports health maintenance is to control the two veins,to harmonize the meridians through nourishing qi and blood,to enrich the meridians through nourishing the body and mind,and to unclog the meridians by combining dynamic and static movements.The meridians are the pathways that maintain the whole life system.By practicing qi,enriching blood,nourishing essence,regulating spirit and strengthening spirit,the human body forms the organic whole of qi and blood,which is consistent in form and spirit,and coordinated and unified inside and outside.
