摘要
工业化生产γ-丁内酯的方法主要包括糠醛法、1,4-丁二醇脱氢法、顺酐加氢法、丁二酸加氢法4种不同工艺,它们在反应原理、生产流程、综合能耗、产品质量方面都存在较大差异。介绍了不同工艺路线生产γ-丁内酯的方法,并进行了优缺点比较,着重对1,4-丁二醇脱氢生产工艺进行了探索和研究。
The methods of industrialized production of gamma-butyrolactone mainly include four different processes:aldehyde method,1,4-butanediol dehydrogenation method,maleic anhydride hydrogenation method and succinic acid hydrogenation method.There are great differences in reaction principle,production process,comprehensive energy consumption and product quality.The methods of producing gamma-butyrolactone by different process routes were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages were compared.The production process of 1,4-butanediol dehydrogenation was explored and studied.
