摘要
为了进一步改善焦炉煤气转化甲醇的工艺条件,着重分析了水烃比、反应器入口温度、入口压力、以及氧气含量等因素是如何影响焦炉煤气转化甲醇工艺的。此外,还研究了补碳技术对焦炉煤气转化甲醇工艺的影响,为进一步提高以焦炉煤气为原料制备甲醇的产量奠定了基础。
In order to further improve the process conditions of methanol conversion from coke oven gas,the influence of the factors such as water-hydrocarbon ratio,reactor inlet temperature,inlet pressure,and oxygen content are emphatically analyzed on the process of methanol conversion from coke oven gas.In addition,the effect of carbon supplement technology on methanol conversion from coke oven gas was studied,which laid a foundation for further improving the production of methanol from coke oven gas.
