摘要
对矿井下山煤柱尺寸进行理论分析与数值模拟,通过对下山顶底板及左右帮位移监测,并考虑实际生产中联络巷道及硐室的开挖,可以得到,-650人行下山与-650轨道下山间、-650轨道下山与-650胶带下山间的煤柱宽度均为25m,能够满足巷道围岩稳定的要求;当回采工作面距巷道水平距离为120m时,煤层回采可能会对上山巷道产生较大影响,应设置停采线,留取120m护巷煤柱;在3402工作面距离-650胶带下山125m左右时,-650胶带下山巷道顶底和两帮的移近速度曲线变陡,工作面回采影响开始加大,-650胶带下山护巷煤柱尺寸应留设125m。
Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the size of coal pillars downhill,through monitoring the displacement of the roof,floor and left and right sides of the downhill,and considering the excavation of the connecting roadway and chamber in actual production,it can be obtained that the width of coal pillars between-650 pedestrian downhill and-650 track downhill and-650 belt downhill is 25 m,which can meet the requirements of roadway surrounding rock stability.When the horizontal distance between the working face and the roadway is 120 m,the mining of coal seam may have a greater impact on the upper roadway.Stopping line should be set to retain 120 m coal pillars.When the distance between 3402 working face and-650 belt is about 125 m down the mountain,the curve of the moving speed of the top,bottom and two sides of the roadway under-650 belt becomes steeper,and the mining influence of the working face begins to increase.The pillar size of-650 belt downhill roadway should be set at 125 m.
