摘要 介绍了渣浆乙炔回收技术原理,模拟了在闪蒸塔不同温度、不同压力下,乙炔在电石渣浆的溶解度。模拟优化出20万t/aPVC电石渣浆乙炔回收闪蒸塔的闪蒸温度、真空度条件,该条件下乙炔回收率95%以上,渣浆中乙炔含量10mg/kg。 The principle of acetylene recovery from slag slurry was introduced,and the solubility of acetylene in carbide slag slurry was simulated at different temperatures and pressures in flash tower.The flash temperature and vacuum conditions of 200 000 t/a PVC carbide slag slurry flash tower for acetylene recovery were simulated and optimized.Under this condition,the recovery rate of acetylene was over 95%,and the acetylene content in slag slurry was 10 mg/kg.
