注浆材料在煤矿开采中的应用研究

井巷渗水涌水问题一直是影响煤矿安全生产的主要因素,根据山西古交西区矿建设生产中可能出现的巷道渗水问题进行研究,针对不同的涌水问题提出相关建议,提出相关的注浆浆液与注浆方法;对水泥-水玻璃浆液的水灰比与胶凝时间做了相关的研究,选取注浆配比时,既需要考虑胶凝时间也要考虑流动度。

The problem of seepage and water in the roadway has always been the main factor affecting the safe production of coal mines.According to the research on the water seepage problem of the roadway in the production of the ancient area of Xiqu coal mine in Gujiao,the relevant suggestions for different water inrush problems are put forward,and related grouting slurry and injection are proposed.The water-cement ratio of cement water glass slurry and the gelation time have been studied.When selecting the grouting ratio,it is necessary to consider the gelation time and the water-cement ratio.
