摘要
通过现场监测方法进行了特厚煤层采场顶板运移特征以及矿压规律的研究认为,顶板来压步距平均为10.53m,动载系数平均为1.51,由工作面顶板的来压步距和动载系数综合分析可知采场顶板来压比较明显;支架的初撑力平均值为1177kN,仅为支架工作阻力额定值的19%,而且实际监测到的液压支架初撑力可达到额定值的架数为0,说明工作面支架的初撑力远达不到安全生产的需要,初撑力严重偏小;一次增阻型比例最大,微阻型所占比例微乎其微,总体说明液压支架实际工作阻力较低。
Through the field monitoring method,the characteristics of the roof movement and the ore pressure law of the thick coal seam are studied.It is considered that the average pressure step distance of the roof is 10.53 m,the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.51.The pressure step distance and the dynamic load coefficient of the top plate of the working face are more obvious.The average support force of the stope is average.The value is 1 177 kN,which is only 19%of the working resistance rating of the support,and the actual monitoring of the initial bracing force of the hydraulic support can reach the rated value of 0.Therefore,it shows that the initial bracing force of the working face can not reach the need of safety production,and the initial bracing force is seriously small;the first increase of resistance type ratio is the largest and the micro resistance type accounts for a little bit.In general,the actual working resistance of the hydraulic support is low.
