液化石油气易燃易爆,在常温下的饱和蒸汽压高,需要储存在压力容器中。安全阀的设置是保证储罐安全运行的必要措施之一。以容积1000m3高纯异丁烷球罐为例,简要说明了安全阀工艺参数的选取及计算过程,并阐述了液化气球罐安全阀的选用。

LPG is flammable and explosive,and its saturated vapor pressure is high at room temperature,which needs to be stored in pressure vessel.The setting of safety valve is one of the necessary measures to ensure the safe operation of storage tank.Taking 1 000 m 3 high purity isobutane spherical tank as an example,the selection and calculation process of safety valve process parameters are briefly described,and the selection of safety valve for LPG spherical tank is expounded.
