PM2.5氧化性损伤能力研究

摘要 为了对PM2.5的氧化性损伤能力进行分析,主要选取了2018年5月至7月某城市某医院5层综合平台作为采样点(周围并不存在大型的工业污染区,6月中旬该采样点所在城市召开了大型国际会议)。采集了实验所需要的样品后,进行了样品基本信息的分析,并进行了质粒DNA损伤评价实验。实验结果发现,6月中旬国际会议召开期间的PM2.5质量浓度出现了明显的好转趋势,代表重大活动在一定程度上会影响到PM2.5质量浓度的变化。同时研究发现,TD30值越高,样品的氧化性就越小,即样品的毒性就越小。 In order to analyze the oxidative damage ability of PM2.5,a 5-storey comprehensive platform of a hospital in a city from May to July 2018 was selected as the sampling point(there was no large industrial pollution area around it,and a large international conference was held in the city where the sampling point was located in mid-June).After collecting the samples needed for the experiment,the basic information of the samples was analyzed,and the plasmid DNA damage evaluation experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the mass concentration of PM2.5 during the international conference held in mid-June shows an obvious improvement trend,and the major events will affect the change of the mass concentration of PM2.5 to a certain extent.At the same time,it was found that the higher the TD30 value,the less oxidative the sample,that is,the less toxic the sample.
