镍印迹壳聚糖珠体对软锰矿浸出液中镍离子的吸附性能 被引量:5

Selective Adsorption of Nickel Ions From Pyrolusite Leached Solution Using Biosorbent Ni2+-imprinted Chitosan Beads

摘要 研究了以镍离子为模板离子、壳聚糖为单体、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用离子印迹法制备镍印迹壳聚糖珠体吸附剂,并将其用于从软锰矿浸出液中吸附镍,考察了溶液中锰离子质量浓度、溶液pH、温度及吸附时间对镍印迹壳聚糖珠体吸附镍离子性能的影响。结果表明:镍印迹壳聚糖珠体对镍离子有较好的选择吸附性能;在溶液pH=5.0、温度40℃、吸附剂用量1g/L条件下,对镍离子吸附率为67%,而对锰离子的吸附率仅为7.0%,可有效分离镍离子与锰离子。 Biosorbent Ni^2+-imprinted chitosan beads(Ni-IIP-CTS) were synthesized using epichlorohydrin cross-linking and nickel ion as the template for selective adsorption of nickel ions from pyrolusite leaching solution,the effects of concentration of Mn^2+,solution pH,temperature and contact time on the adsorption capacity were examined.The results show that the Ni-IIP-CTS can be using to selective adsorption of nickel ion from pyrolusite leaching solution.Under the conditions of pH= 5.0 ,temperature of 40 ℃,and adsorbent dosage of 1 g/L,the removal of nickel ion is 67%,and the removal of manganese ion is only 7.0%.The nickel ion can be separated from manganese ion in the leaching solution.
