摘要
研究了从含砷SCR催化剂中碱浸脱砷,考察了通气量、氢氧化钠质量浓度、反应温度、反应时间、超声波功率等对脱砷的影响,确定了最佳脱砷参数。结果表明:在NaOH质量浓度5g/L、反应温度60~65℃、反应时间60min、通气量0.8~1.2m^3/h、超声波功率900W、抑制剂(EDTA和碳酸氢铵混合物)质量浓度5g/L条件下,砷脱除率平均为95.83%,WO3、V2O5损失率平均小于30%。
The alkali leaching process for removing of arsenic from SCR catalyst containing arsenic was studied.The effects of ventilation,sodium hydroxide concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and ultrasonic power on removal of arsenic were investigated by comparing the removal rate of arsenic and loss rate of tungsten and vanadium.The optimum process parameters for removal of arsenic are determined as follows:NaOH concentration of 5 g/L,reaction temperature of 60~65 ℃,reaction time of 60 min,ventilation of 0.8~1.2 m^3/h,and usage of inhibitor EDTA and ammonium bicarbonate of 5 g/L, ultrasonic power of 900 W.Under the conditions,the removal of arsenic is 95.83%,and the loss of WO 3 and V 2O 5 are all less than 30%.
