地方高校科研仪器设备开放共享问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Open Sharing of Research Instruments and Equipment in Local Colleges and Universities

科研仪器设备开放共享,对于地方高校合理配置资源、提高资源使用效率具有重要意义。分析了地方高校科研仪器开放共享存在的问题及其成因,在教育部办公厅《关于加强高等学校科研基础设施和科研仪器开放共享的指导意见》的指导下,通过对国外高校相关经验的借鉴,提出了解决地方高校科研仪器开放共享存在问题的若干对策建议,为地方高校开展该项工作提供一些有益的参考。

the open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment is of great significance for local schools to allocate resources rationally and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. This paper analyzes the current problems to open and share scientific instruments and its causes in the local school. Under the instruction from the Department of Education,namely "About Strengthening Institutions of Higher Learning Scientific Research Infrastructure and Guidance of Open and Sharing for Scientific Instruments",referencing the experience of colleges and universities abroad,the authors put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the current problem for opening scientific instruments sharing in local school. It may be useful as reference for other local schools to carry out this work.
