摘要 针对高校化学实验室安全管理面临的现状及科研、教学发展趋势对提高实验室安全管理水平的需求,分析了我校化学实验室存在的问题,提出了开展化学实验室安全知识竞赛研究的必要性,明确指出实验室安全知识竞赛应具有相应的支撑保障体系,对竞赛主体的选择进行了界定,对组织形式和竞赛内容进行了解读,分析了高校化学实验室安全知识竞赛的实施策略,提出有必要在高校开设实验室安全教育课程,同时多种教学方式和考核方式应当并用以使知识竞赛行之有效。实验室安全知识竞赛不仅能够促进教学与科研的协同发展,还能发掘出适合做相关研究的人才,推动人才教育向多极化发展。 The present situation of safety management of chemical laboratory in universities is reviewed and should be improved. The development trend of teaching and scientific research decided the laboratory safety management level.The problems existing in our chemistry laboratory are analyzed thoroughly and the necessity of carrying out knowledge competition on chemistry laboratory safety is put forward. It is suggested there should be enough support and guarantee system corresponding to laboratory safety knowledge competition. The competition subjects are defined and the organizational form and contest content are interpreted. The implementation strategy of knowledge competition on chemical laboratory safety in colleges and universities is analyzed. It is pointed out education courses about safety should be set up. At the same time,a variety of teaching methods and assessment methods should be used to make the knowledge competition effective. This activity not only can promote the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research,but also can find out the talents suitable for related research about chemical laboratory safety. As a result,it can promote the multi-polar development of talent education.
