基于医学院OA系统的实验室安全自查系统构建

随着实验室安全管理的发展,医学院内部管理制度经过不断的探索,拟建立一套实验室安全自查系统。通过建立基于OA的实验室安全自查系统,明确学校、校级职能部门、院系以及各实验室之间的权责关系;将管理的重心下移,采用图形化、表格化、标识化的管理界面,使实验室通过自查自检的方式,激活基层排查实验室安全隐患的活力,提高实验室安全工作效率。实验室安全自查系统建成后,将改变传统的管理模式,通过信息化的手段,将实验室自查规范融入到日常工作,实验室安全工作作为"常态化"管理,同时实现实验室人员申请、变更的灵活配置。该系统目前运行良好,开创了国内高校基于OA的实验室安全管理新模式。

With the reform and development of laboratory safety management,medical school is also exploring the internal management system. The construction of the information system for laboratory safety management should be made clearly based on office automation system,rights and liabilities among school,functional departments and laboratories. Using graphical,tabular and identifying interface,the system shifts down the focus of management,activates the vitality to check the hidden danger. When the laboratory self-inspection system is established,the traditional management mode will be changed. Through the means of information technology,the laboratory selfinspection will be integrated into the daily work and the laboratory safety work will be taken as the "normalization" management,and the flexible management of the laboratory personnel will be realized. Having achieved good results,now,the laboratory self-examination system based on OA is the trend of Laboratory safety management in practice.
