摘要
解读建国以来体育场馆治理的文本政策,发现从计划经济下的集权统一到市场经济中的放权管理再到新时期政社分权共治,以服务型政府为理念,融入社会组织治理,充分做好规范与监管工作,保证体育场馆的社会效益兼顾经济效益是体育场馆当代治理的启示。
The paper reviews the characteristics of the text policy of governing sports venues since the founding of the People s Republic of China,from the centralized power in the planned economy to the delegation management in the market economy to the decentralization of political and social affairs in the new era,and clarifies enlightenment brought about by the evolution of sports venue governance model.That is to take the service-oriented government as the concept,integrate social organization governance,fully do the normative and supervisory work,and ensure the economic benefits and social benefits of sports venues.
