摘要
目的 探讨平板数字减影血管造影(DSA)低剂量技术在冠状动脉造影中运用的可行性。方法 选取2018年1月—2018年8月在我院心血管内科住院且接受冠状动脉造影的患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为低剂量组(20例)和常规对照组(20例)。低剂量组采用的检查模式为低剂量造影模式,对照组采用的是常规造影模式,然后比较两组患者所接受的非离子型造影剂碘克沙醇的累积剂量值和剂量面积乘积值。结果 低剂量组的累积剂量值和剂量面积乘积值均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 平板DSA低剂量造影技术在冠状动脉造影中是可行的,值得临床上应用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of low-dose plate digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in coronary angiography.Methods Forty patients admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine of our hospital and received coronary angiography from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into a low-dose group(20 cases)and a routine control group(20 cases).The low-dose imaging model was used in the low-dose group,and the conventional imaging model was used in the control group.Then the cumulative dose and dose area product values of nonionic contrast medium iodixanol received by patients in the two groups were compared.Results The cumulative dose and dose area product values in the low-dose group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The low dose DSA technique is feasible in coronary angiography and is worthy of clinical application.
