左西替利嗪与MORA生物物理治疗仪联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及白三烯的变化

摘要 目的 观察左西替利嗪与MORA生物物理治疗仪联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性,并观察其对血清中白三烯(LT)的影响。方法 将90例患者随机分为3组。联合组(30例):口服盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊5mg/d及使用MORA生物物理治疗仪脱敏,连续12周;药物组(30例):单独口服盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊5mg/d,口服12周;仪器组(30例):使用MORA生物物理治疗仪脱敏治疗,治疗程序按说明书进行,每周脱敏治疗1次,脱敏连续12周。3组患者均连续进行治疗12周后观察疗效,并抽取患者在治疗前及治疗后的血液,使用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中LT浓度,将结果进行统计分析。结果 联合组、药物组、仪器组3组的有效率分别为96.43%、66.67%、64.29%。3组治疗后血清LT浓度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),联合组及药物组治疗后血清中LT浓度降低明显低于仪器组(P<0.05)。结论 左西替利嗪与MORA生物物理治疗仪联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果更好,安全性较好,且能明显降低血清中的LT浓度。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of levocetirizine combined with MORA biophysical therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and to observe its effect on serum leukotriene concentration before and after treatment.Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into three groups.The combination group(30 patients)was treated with MORA biophysical therapy instrument for 12-week desensitizing and oral levocetirizine hydrochloride capsule 5 mg daily.The drug group(30 patients)was given only oral levocetirizine hydrochloride capsule 5 mg daily for 12 weeks.The instrument group(30 patients)was desensitized with MORA biophysical therapy instrument according to treatment procedure,once a week for 12 weeks.All the three groups were treated for 12 weeks and then the efficacy was observed.The serum leukotriene concentration was measured by ELISA before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rates of combination group,drug group and instrument group were 96.43%,66.67%and 64.29%,respectively.The serum leukotriene levels in the 3 groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The leukotriene reduction of the combined group and the drug group after treatment was more obvious than that of the instrument group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MORA biophysical therapy instrument and levocetirizine hydrochloride has a better therapeutic effect and security on chronic urticaria and can significantly reduce the concentration of leukotriene in serum.
